Q: When will my order ship?

A: In stock merchandise usually ships within 1-3 business days with our Standard shipping - at times it may take us longer to ship your order – but you'll still get your order within the timeframe. 

Q: What is the timeframe in which I will receive my order?

A: 7-10 business days is our timeframe. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Q: Will I receive an order conformation?

A: Order Confirmation emails are typically sent within a few minutes of placing your order, but can take up to an hour - be sure to check your spam folder! 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: After you submit your purchase there is a very short time frame in which we may be able to cancel your order. We are unable to change items on an order after it is submitted.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: There are no refunds and/or exchanges, However, we will replace missing items if contacted within 24hrs of receiving the order. Also, loss shipments will be replaced due to shipping impairments. However, shipping address must have been entered correctly.
